I can not thank you enough Mary! First let me say that reason why I actually went to go see you is because Angie was such a caring and real person that she made me feel comfortable and at home. I feel like even now I could come talk to her if I needed someone.
Now, I have been battling an eating disorder where I eat food and spit it out. This had been going on for 10 years! I tried so hard to stop doing it on my own.
Sometimes I would be okay for a day or two but go right back doing it again. It got out of control and I just couldn't do it on my own. I spent 1 visit, yes ONE visit, and stopped. I have not "spit" my food in 2 months now. It is still unbelievable.
